All genuine parts installed by Meridian Motorscapes are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 12 to 24 months, subject to specific part type. Expert Labor Guarantee
Our skilled craftsmanship is backed by a 6-month or 10,000 km labor warranty, whichever comes first, on all services performed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship. Exclusions apply to pre-existing conditions or issues arising from subsequent modifications not performed by Meridian Motorscapes.
Claim Procedures
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our service department directly. A valid service invoice and a description of the issue are required. Payment Terms & Billing Policies

Liability & Limitation Terms

While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and security of your vehicle, Meridian Motorscapes' liability for loss or damage to vehicles, parts, or accessories, whether due to negligence or otherwise, is limited. Customers are advised to remove all valuables from their vehicles prior to service.
Insurance & Protection
Meridian Motorscapes maintains comprehensive liability insurance. However, this does not replace your personal vehicle insurance, which remains your primary coverage. We recommend customers review their own policies for adequate protection during the service period. Any specific concerns about insurance coverage should be discussed with your provider.
We implement stringent security measures and damage prevention protocols within our facility. Nevertheless, in instances of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events), Meridian Motorscapes cannot be held liable for damages or delays.
Exclusions & Indemnification
Liability does not extend to pre-existing damage, faults, or wear and tear, nor to issues arising from modifications not performed by our certified technicians. Customers acknowledge and accept certain inherent risks associated with automotive repair and modification services.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meridian Motorscapes from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer's vehicle or actions, except where directly caused by our proven negligence. This mutual protection clause ensures a fair and secure working relationship.
